View Recording Data

Viewing Participant Recording data can help you identify potential causes of error recordings. This can help you better troubleshoot with Caregivers to prevent future recording errors.

1. Click the Menu button, expand the Data options, and select Recordings.

2. You will see a screen showing all Participants.

2.1. You can view additional columns or remove columns on this screen by clicking the Column Selector (waffle) button.

3. Click a Participant's Name to view their Recording data.

This shows all recordings the Participant has submitted. You can view more or less columns by using the column selector button.

Key columns for troubleshooting error recordings are the 'Length (Hrs)' column, 'Error Code' column, and 'Begin Hour' and 'End Hour' columns. Common issues you can identify from these data points are if the recording is not long enough or began late in the day.
