Send LENA report texts to all caregivers from Session Prep

In the sessions before automatic report texting begins, coordinators can choose to provide printed copies of the LENA report to caregivers or to send them all at once by text.

Follow these steps to send the report links to all caregivers with valid texting numbers in your group.

  1. In Session Prep, on the upcoming/current session tab, scroll down to the Materials area.
  2. In the Send LENA Reports box, click Send.
  3. Confirm to send the texts.
