Group alerts: No coordinator assigned
What does this alert mean?
Every LENA Start group needs to have an associated Coordinator in LENA Online.
This alert means that no users have been linked to the group.
How can I fix it?
Your program's account administrator needs to link the coordinator to the group.
Why does it matter?
LENA Online sends timely and essential notifications to the group coordinator to help keep the families on track toward graduation. These notifications range from alerts about short recordings, failed texts, or low Snapshot scores to reminders about upcoming sessions, tasks, and tips. The system can only keep the coordinator informed if it knows who that person is.
