Snapshot forms are available in the Materials section of the Session Prep screen for any session that includes the Snapshot, and for the next session in case any families missed the Snapshot week.

Session 1 Snapshot

For Session 1, printing all of the Required Materials will produce one form per enrolled child, in the primary caregiver's preferred language. Print a few extras from the Additional Materials section, in case more families enroll during the first two sessions.

Mid-program and post-program Snapshots

In later sessions, most caregivers will complete Snapshots on their phones using a texted link. Print a few extra Snapshot forms from the Additional Materials section of the Session Preparation screen in case parents cannot receive or use the link during the session (no cell service, no Wi-fi access, carrier problem, no phone, etc.).
