Help: Caregiver is prompted to log in when submitting Snapshot
This happens if a caregiver clicks the Snapshot link and then sets it aside to do later, or gets interrupted so that completion is delayed. After 15 minutes of inactivity, their "session" times out.
Unfortunately, anyone who reaches that sign-in prompt will need to start over.
- Close out of the screen that’s asking for a login.
- Click the texted link to begin again.
There is no need for a new link, but if they've deleted the message you can resend it from the Data > Snapshots screen by clicking the little text message icon.
