Hub recorder error: The audio on the recorder starts before the child was born

Verify that the child's birth date was entered correctly in LENA Online.

If it is incorrect:

  1. Input the right date and save the child's record.
  2. Disconnect the LENA device from LENA Hub.
  3. Reconnect the LENA device to start the confirmation and transfer process.

If the date of birth is correct, contact LENA support for assistance transferring and processing the data.
