Help: Main menu doesn't open, no context menu displayed
When this rare situation occurs, the user will note the following:
- The main menu is unresponsive. Clicking on it has no effect.
- The context menu is missing from the screen.
- The user can see only dashboards, and the detail dashboard may be totally empty.
- If o.lena.org is opened in an incognito window instead, everything displays normally.

Solution: Clear browser cache
From the normal browser (not incognito), clear the browser cache. Here's how:
- Open a new tab.
- Hit Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the Chrome Settings screen and the window for dealing with browsing data.
- Set the time range to All time.
- Check the box for Cached images and files.
- Click Clear Data.
Then try logging into LENA Online again to see if it displays properly.

If this doesn't work or the options are not available, send a screen shot to [email protected] so we can help you troubleshoot. Meanwhile, you can access your LENA Online screens by opening LENA Online in an incognito window instead, temporarily until we can resolve the actual issue.
