Help: Main menu doesn't open, no context menu displayed

When this rare situation occurs, the user will note the following:

  • The main menu is unresponsive. Clicking on it has no effect.
  • The context menu is missing from the screen.
  • The user can see only dashboards, and the detail dashboard may be totally empty.
  • If is opened in an incognito window instead, everything displays normally.

Solution: Clear browser cache

From the normal browser (not incognito), clear the browser cache. Here's how:

  1. Open a new tab.
  2. Hit Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the Chrome Settings screen and the window for dealing with browsing data.
  3. Set the time range to All time.
  4. Check the box for Cached images and files.
  5. Click Clear Data.

Then try logging into LENA Online again to see if it displays properly.
